Presentation synopsis

The purpose of this presentation is to examine the major components of what make a digital society. The digital society is composed of of digital citizens as interacting with one another, Digital business and E-Gov. in a manner that promotes progress in improve quality of life citizen and increase productivity through education leading to a digital nation. Finishing off with discussion on a roadmap for curacao and the roles that government, regulators, businesses and citizens must play.


Sylvannas Berkely is a professional with over 20 years of delivering on projects across the Technology, Security and Marketing areas. Mr. Berkeley has a wealth of experience in the areas of:

Mr. Berkeley holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University Edinburgh (UK) in General Management and Marketing. He has held many positions in telecommunications, ICT and education.
