This premier event will bring together experts, professionals and enthusiasts to brainstorm, speak and share their concepts and ideas in the anticipation of establishing Curaçao as a Smart Nation with objectives and vision set beyond 2020.

Following the lead of Singapore, Bureau Telecommunicatie en Post has taken the initiative to explore and formulate a course of action which could enable Curaçao to harness and utilize the latest technology in order to achieve the goals of improving the lives of citizens and creating better economic opportunities for our nation.

A Smart Nation means: people and businesses are empowered through increased access to high quality infrastructures and data to contribute to a smart digital economy. The Government can also participate and contribute in the development of a Smart Nation by utilizing technology to better serve its citizens.
